Description¶

Describes the specified routing profile.

describe_routing_profile does not populate AssociatedQueueIds in its response. The example Response Syntax shown on this page is incorrect; we are working to update it. search_routing_profiles does include AssociatedQueueIds.

Usage¶

connect_describe_routing_profile(InstanceId, RoutingProfileId)

Arguments¶

InstanceId

[required] The identifier of the Connect Customer instance. You can find the instance ID in the Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the instance.
RoutingProfileId

[required] The identifier of the routing profile.
